What’s happening in the Art Garage

At the Art Garage, we care just as much about how art is made as what is made. Classes are intentionally small, encouraging kids to experiment freely and adults to let go of expectations. It’s about building confidence, community, and a lifelong love of making things.

Pop-ups

Throughout the year, the Art Garage hosts special pop-up workshops tied to holidays, school breaks, and seasonal inspiration.

Adult Nights

Two women standing indoors, each holding framed artwork, smiling at the camera. The woman on the left has blonde hair, wears a leopard print sweater and jeans. The woman on the right has darker hair pulled back, wears a black jacket and patterned blouse. Behind them are garage doors with windows and string lights hanging from the ceiling.

These workshops are designed for adults who want to unwind, get creative, and enjoy a few hours of hands-on making. Come solo or bring a friend — all materials provided.

No experience needed.

Private Events

Three women are participating in the Oobleck challenge, disrupting the garage with spaghetti noodles, in a friendly atmosphere decorated with string lights and bunting.

Looking for a creative way to celebrate or connect? The Art Garage offers private art experiences for kids, adults, and families. Events are intentionally small, relaxed, and designed to be meaningful — with art you’ll love taking home.

Kids Classes

Our kids classes focus on exploration, not outcomes. Each session introduces new materials, techniques, and artists while giving children the freedom to make their work their own.

Classes are for children ages 5-10 & are kept intentionally small for hands on support. Theses classes have an emphasis on fun, creativity, and confidence!
