The garage setting keeps things relaxed and personal. It’s cozy, creative, and intentionally imperfect
-just like the best art-making spaces should be.
About Trisha’s ART Garage
I started Trisha’s ART Garage because I believe creativity should feel welcoming, joyful, and part of everyday life — not something reserved for “artists.” Art has the power to build confidence, encourage problem-solving, and give us permission to slow down and explore. My goal has always been to create a space where kids and adults feel comfortable trying, experimenting, and expressing themselves.
Creativity should feel welcoming
— not intimidating.
The Art Garage grew organically from that belief. When families were looking for meaningful creative outlets for their children, I opened my garage doors and began hosting small, thoughtful art sessions. Working with intentionally small groups allowed kids to explore materials freely, connect with one another, and experience art as something calming and grounding.
As those early sessions evolved, the Art Garage naturally expanded into more structured classes and workshops. By 2021, I was running multiple eight-week sessions across ten different classes, and what began as a simple offering became a full creative studio rooted in community, trust, and hands-on learning.
The garage may be small,
but the creativity is BIG.
Today, the Art Garage continues to offer a relaxed, studio-style environment for kids and adults alike. The space may be small, but the focus remains the same — creativity without pressure, meaningful making, and a lifelong love of art.
